PCC App
The PCC App is a planned student resource and is not available yet. Its proposed functions will bring lessons, assignments and membership resources together through the PCC Student Portal.
The planned App will connect what a student is attending, the work assigned between sessions and the resources used along the way. The functions below describe that plan; they are not features of an available app.
App access coming soonTrack your lessons
Keep track of your lessons through the PCC student account. Lesson tracking will sit alongside the materials and assignments connected with your study, rather than requiring a separate place to look for each part of the work.
Sign up for classes and workshops
Access the group offerings available through PCC and sign up from your student account. This will bring class and workshop participation into the same place as the rest of your membership functions.
Check your assignments
Return to the work your teacher has assigned between lessons. Assignment access will be one of the App’s central functions, so your practice can stay connected with the tasks set for you.
Upload asynchronous work
Submit the work you have recorded for asynchronous coaching. Uploads are part of the planned student-portal functions, supporting the between-lesson exchange without turning it into another live appointment.
Use the Music Library
Access the music materials included with your membership: sheet music, original recordings, accompaniment and guide tracks. The App will provide a route to those resources alongside your lesson work and assignments.
Use the Exercise Library
Planned access to the Vocal Exercises Library will bring interactive audio and video exercises into the student’s resources, organized by level and what the student is trying to achieve.
Find performance opportunities
Reach NY Open Mics through the App when you are looking for places to perform. It will sit with the other PCC resources, connecting the practical work of studying with opportunities to use it before an audience.
Refer friends
Use the referral function through your PCC student account. The public Referrals page explains the reward amounts while this App feature is being developed.
